Both candlesticks were broken
Both candlesticks were shattered. When I picked up the box, it seemed to me that there was sand in it. Candlesticks shatter into many small glass balls, which I have to sweep and vacuum off the floor in the hallway and kitchen. A few days later, several more pieces of broken glass were found on the ground. Both were properly packaged but completely destroyed.
