Now almost a year later...do not buy! It's a piece of junk because the batteries rattle so much you can't get it to work. What a rip off. It's annoying that this thing doesn't work every time you turn on the TV. It's almost impossible to find a genuine replacement part, which is why I'm stuck with this nasty thing. And now even later I have updated this review and moved it to a one star rating. Every time I turn on the TV it's a problem because it doesn't work. And the batteries are rattling, reminding me every day that I didn't buy this product. Two months later I changed that rating from four stars to two. It's hard to turn on, the batteries inside are rattling, maybe that's why it's not working properly. I do not recommend it. It has no positive or negative indicators for charging batteries. My original rating: Works great. Although I just got it. Delivered much earlier than expected! THX This is definitely a fake as there are no +/- indicators in the battery compartment that my factory version had. It doesn't matter as long as it works. I've included a photo for dummies like me who don't know which end the metal coil is in the battery compartment. On one side the metal coils are pressed into the base while the other (as shown) sticks out where the negative end of the battery should be.
