As they come without instructions I'll give some advice. Each bezel has a sculpted "nickname" or indentation on each of them. They should be oriented at a 45 degree angle to the bottom/center of the headlight (in other words, pointing down toward the front license plate area) and fit into the small "notch" or notch in the grille opening for the headlights. In my case, three latches clicked easily, the fourth not so much. The solution is to slightly rotate the bezel back and forth while pressing down on the fourth tab area of the bezel. Voila, take it easy! They fit pretty well and seem solid on my 17 Rubicon. If for some reason this procedure doesn't work for you, the grille's faceplate can be easily removed for easier installation - watch YouTube to find out how. done - easy.
