Review on Rola 59905 Locking Truck 59799 by Luke Cotton

2 of these come with my 59799 Rack. I couldn't turn their keys. One is in the lock, the other is in the unlocked position. The key mechanism fell out of both when I tried to install them. With the pliers on the key, I was finally able to unlock both so I could secure my luggage rack. Now they function like an expensive nut in my shelving system. UPDATE: Customer Service replaced both locks, great product support! Your contact information has been sent with the counter. Alternate locks now work with keys.
