Review on Retevis Programming Compatible Walkie Talkies by Samuel Nguyen

I wanted to use this to find out what private tones and FRS frequencies are programmed for each of the 16 channels on RT47 FRS radios. I was having trouble connecting a 3rd party FRS radio to this Retevis RT47. I thought maybe the frequencies don't match what the FCC website says. After much troubleshooting I finally got the software working. Your antivirus program is probably going haywire because the program download doesn't include the signature of the person who created it, making it look like malware. Then problems with the work of COM ports begin. After that the cable cannot connect to the radio which is on but the COM port is active etc. In short either this item is not designed for RT47 models and you need to remove this option from the product name and description , or I have a defective product.
