The support staff are always willing (and able) help me out when I need it most! They're very knowledgeable about their products so you can feel confident they have your back if anything goes wrong or needs updating down-the road as well!! Their prices aren't too bad either considering what's included/offered compared other web hosts we've used - not that there were many options available at all but this was our only choice offered by work where i worked previously :) It took us quite some time getting everything set up correctly once again after switching from another hoster who didn’t offer shared servers like these guys do here though now its been smooth sailing ever sense then haha ;) We had issues initially trying get things setup properly through initial contact which lead into them taking over managing my account instead due lack response etc however upon contacting customer service via live chat within minutes someone else would be.
