The ability to store patient information such as vaccination records makes this program very useful when it comes time vet visits or boarding at kennels! I like that you can also access info from previous years if needed which helps with continuity between vets offices etc- but be sure your IT department has experience working within an EMR system before purchasing!! If they have had some training then there should not really need any additional help once installed (but feel free!) It takes about 30 minutes max after installation just learning how everything works so far no problems here - easy enough even without prior knowledge.- being able to see what vaccinations are due next year saves us alot having previously been using paper files where we would write down each visit by hand instead of computerized record keeping.
