I actually got this case because the tablet was so new and I was traveling and it was one of the few available at the time. It works pretty well and looks good. But be careful, it's surprisingly hard. (1.5#?) I'm used to it now, but it's not my favorite feature. I think that's because the case has metal plates that hold the magnetic keyboard in place. I would definitely prefer a different solution - both for the weight and because while those metal plates hold the keyboard perfectly, you can still flip it. Turn off your keyboard if you don't fully remember it. (Something with sliding tabs/slits, Velcro maybe?) I love the little keyboard - it's really good. I have a professional keyboard at home and am a bit picky about what I type, so I figured it would be "better than nothing", but I'm actually comfortable typing on it. Verdict: If you need a case with a decent little keyboard that's also likely to stop a bullet, then this device is for you.
