Review on 🚙 CURT 13392 Class 3 Trailer Hitch for Jeep Wrangler JL | 2-Inch Receiver, Black by Matt Welch

Excellent construction, quality powder coat finish. Reliable device made in America. My Wrangler had weld spatter and leaks that interfered with the hitch installation. I tried using a dremel to sand down the overflow seams but the dremel didn't do the trick. I ended up using an angle grinder to bevel the inside edges of the top of the hitch bracket so it went over the welds, and then primed and painted the bare metal on the Jeep frame and hitch. It took an hour to figure out the problem and create mods. Once that was done, the clutch held up for about 20 minutes without moving the muffler (had to wiggle a bit to ease the bolt insertion). A rubber mallet and jack helped. Judging by other reviews, some are lucky when it comes to welds and some aren't.
