Found something that I think could be a really practical alternative to a large food processor and was glad to get it quickly. First try, no problem with garlic. Second try, no problem with the pepper. Third attempt, disaster. added a bow, turned it on and nothing. No cutting, no turning. Absolutely nothing, even after using the troubleshooting guide. I digress so much about the product and am disgusted that I am basically wasting money. If you are looking for a reliable portable paper shredder, this is not the one. Spend a little more and get something that lasts. It's like this is finally a resting place.Trash.
