Exceptional Performance and Design
The Narihira santoku knife is a true masterpiece. Based on my observations it is extremely versatile and the double-edged blade makes it perfect for both right and left-handed individuals. The handle is ergonomically designed and provides a comfortable and secure grip. The sharp blade allowed me to achieve precise cuts with ease and the FC 79 steel holds the edge well. The only con would be that it is slightly heavier than some other knives but that's a minor inconvenience. OVERALL, highly recommended!
