The controller works very well, it seems to be solidly built (unlike previous versions at launch) and the buttons and analog sticks feel great. Bumpers are good too, although I'm not keen on triggers. I feel the triggers on my Xbox360 controller are much more reliable. However, this is currently not a major problem. The reason this rating is 3 stars instead of 4.5 is because of the really terrible battery life. Two days of modest playtime (or watching some Blu-Ray/Netflix movies) and the battery is completely drained. It claims to last 10 hours but I've never reached that mark. I actually made this purchase so I could always charge a controller, which is pretty ridiculous. My 360 controller uses 2 AA batteries and it took me weeks if not months to replace them. And this is after a serious period of Skyrim, not casual. The DualShock has to be charged so often that I'm really worried about how long it will take for the controller's battery to die, forcing me to buy ANOTHER $60 controller, which is unacceptable to me is. That strikes me as more wasteful than the 20-30 AA batteries I've used in the 8 years I've had a 360!
