Review on Bamboo Inspirations 16-Cube Spice Rack with Leaf Labels by Kamenstein by Crystal Taylor

I ordered three of these as I am an avid cook and use a lot of herbs and spices. Product is pretty much as pictured although the finish is not as rich as pictured. The included herbs and spices are high quality and generously portioned (enough to fill a glass). The jars are a good size and hold about a medium sized bottle of spices. The sprinkling holes are large, so if you're using something like cayenne pepper, it's best to measure, as ground spices tend to squirt out. The reason I only give it three stars (actually 2-1/2) is Kamenstein's customer service. One of the cans was broken upon arrival. I contacted the company and they didn't seem to recognize the jar with this particular product. It took a few calls but they eventually found the right glass and replaced it. I asked if I could buy some extra cans in case they break with future use. Although they sell jars for their other spice racks, for this particular one I was told I could not order additional ones. For this reason I generally considered returning the racks. Who needs the missing glasses in the set? If they had cans to replace the broken ones in transit, why didn't they let customers buy extra cans? It was a BIG minus. Buyer Warning.
