Smart features not working

I bought it based on Alexa integration, it shows up in Alexa but Alexa can't control it properly. Alexa has no idea if it's on or not, and has no way to change the speed or dim the lights. The fan is very quiet, almost no noise. Wonderful . We have a smart home and that's a disappointment. Review update: I submitted a support ticket, they responded after a few days and asked a few questions, then stopped responding altogether. Buyer beware
