Review on WITS (WInn Item Tracking System) by James Townsend

It has been very helpful in our daily workflow for sending/receiving items from external vendors as well as internal customers that send us products or services via FedEx shipments. Some functions are difficult if you aren't familiar with how they work such as when it comes time to print out your shipment information after going through certain steps which seems like something simple but I found myself searching online until i figured them out. The software helps keep track of everything we receive by assigning serial numbers etc so there isn’t much room left over once shipped back to suppliers. I like the ease of use and the fact that it is very customizable. The reports are very detailed and easy to use. I wish there was more of a mobile app. I wish there was a more robust mobile app. There are so many different ways to use WITS that it is hard to create a custom report. It is a great system that is easy to use. I have been able to track items from the time they leave my department to when they arrive at the end user.
