Review on 🍕 Seamless 16-Inch Restaurant-Grade Aluminum Pizza Baking Screen by New Star Foodservice 50691 by Stephanie Adams

I bought these after years of using a regular pizza pan, even those with small holes. Pizza dough is made from almond and coconut flour. I love the crispy crust and it's almost impossible to follow recipe directions with a pizza pan that blocks much of the heat needed to toast the dough so it's not a saggy slice of pizza when you pick it up. Because this pizza umbrella is open, allowing the heat to toast, I have to watch the pizza a little closer as the pizza bakes so the toast doesn't burn. To me, this pizza screen is worth the money.
