Cheap feel, missing buttons/some features don't work
I bought this for a TX-NR696 (as it advertised compatibility) and many of the buttons just don't work. I had a TX-NR585 and this remote worked fine with the 696. However, I sold an old receiver and needed to turn on the remote and was hoping it would replace some of its functions. Unfortunately this did not happen and the remote control could not be returned. Finally, the buttons are qualitatively very rigid and hollow. Wouldn't buy again.
