I spoke to the seller and he was confident that this modem would work with my old router. Bought, activated, connected and no! Then I looked for a list of compatible routers from Verizon. No published data with a list of compatible routers? Verizon doesn't want to tell you which router it can work with. It also does NOT work with Win-10, so you can't just plug it into your laptop like you did with previous models. Now they've agreed to return it in exchange for the latest jet pack hotspot. It hasn't arrived yet, but I hope it will be the answer.
