Ordered these based on how much I liked my Ultraboost 20, size W8.5. The 20 had a cool detail near the heel that broke it a bit, but this new style doesn't have that. It has a huge white platform heel. The ones I have are the most comfortable shoes so I figured I'd just forget about their looks. They appeared and were very bulky. More of a men's than a women's shoe, even my converted size. My toe stuck through the mesh too so they looked awkward from all angles. Received great and they came back with no problems. No problems with the carrier. I wish I had bought 3 pairs as I fell in love with last year's version.
