Everything worked fine at first, but less than six months later the device broke. All LEDs on the front of the device are blinking white and the power indicator on the back of the device is blinking red. It seems to be a general hardware or firmware issue. I registered my device on the NETGEAR website, but it says phone, email, and chat support have expired. I don't know how to contact them to get a replacement. When I click the Contact Support button on their website, the page it takes is blank. I do not recommend anyone to buy this device.
