I have contacted UREMCO because of the large size difference between the OEM Pintel Cap and the one supplied. The one included in the kit is small enough to get into the cylinder cavity through a hole in the intake manifold. Not only does the OEM keep the o-ring in place, but its larger diameter butts against the bottom of the intake manifold injector port, keeping all injectors at the same depth in the intake manifold. If you install the included Pintel cover, it barely covers the inside of the o-ring. A rep from their company told me they use the smaller Pintel cap on their rebuilds, but their photo on the website clearly shows that the Pintel cap is similar to the OEM. He basically told me to rub the sand. Attention buyers. O-rings and filter baskets are fine. Using a fuel injector microfilter removal tool to remove the filter baskets will get the job done quickly.
