The reason I put 4 instead of 5 stars is because the first knee brace that my boyfriend ordered from NEENCA barely lasted a year. He used it everyday and handwashed (sometimes machine washed) it daily. He loved how comfy and stable it made his knee feel. He even used it for playing Disc Golf (which is often). We ordered another because the price is good and the knee brace wasn't expected to last forever since it was used daily for normal and strenuous use. The delivery packaging for the second knee brace was way below our expectations so I contacted Customer Service and they responded the same day. They sent us a replacement right away. So this is why I said that Customer Service is excellent and the product is decent for the price. My recommendation is to have two of them so that you can switch them out. Handwash and hang dry one while using the other. Maybe avoid using a washer and dryer for this particular brace since it's got metal in it like an underwire in a bra.
