Great vest and hugs body well

This is a great vest for working out.
Straps on nicely and also is not harsh on the skin. It does slide when doing jumping exercises but easy to handle.

Pros

I think it will be good but disappointed that the strap was not secure. I will see it back on but ....

Cons

This vest is not good if you want to wear it while on your back or chest, it is too lumpy.

pros: Stylish, very adjustable, easy to slip in weights, & weights don’t come out.Cons: I wish they had more weights, you can’t run in this (which is what a bought it for…BUT you can walk), after walking a half hour in this, it gets uncomfortable from my shoulders.I definitely get a good workout in this suit when I’m fast walking I just wish I could run in it which is the only reason I might return it. It will start hitting you in the lower stomach and since there’s a weight there, it obviously doesn’t feel comfortable.
