Review on 🧪 HM Digital TDS-4: Portable TDS Tester with Precision Measurement and Wide Range Accuracy by Keith Harris

received TDS meter on 11/14/17. When using the measuring device, I found that the water values from the well were too high. As a result, I ordered a 342ppm calibration solution to check the calibration of a new meter. On 12/22/17 I received the calibration solution, tried to calibrate the meter but found that the meter was not adjustable. The adjustment potentiometer allowed 360 degrees of rotation without stopping (unusual) and was never closely matched to the 342ppm TDS calibration solution. I tried to calibrate a few more times over the next few days. On 12/29/17 I called the manufacturer directly and told the representative what I had found. He told me the test solution was wrong and was being recalled, so he will send me a new meter and two bottles of the calibration solution. I did not receive anything. On 9/1/18 I called the manufacturer again. The agent told me that she would contact the person I spoke to earlier and if I didn't hear back from her they would send me a new TDS meter and two bottles of calibration solution. To date, 01/18/18, I have not received anything. Since I don't have a working gauge to rate, I can't give a better rating.
