The camera is very well made, the picture is clear. The support service is very good, but the instructions in the small manual are not correct. Not Updated. Recommended software: AmCap https://amcap.en.softonic.com/AmCap recognized the camera but the screen was black. I finally found out that the problem was in the renderer. Renderer The "recommended" renderer is Renderer9 (default). It may work, but if not, choose "Video Renderer" or "Enhanced Video Renderer".
