Great customer service
The grill pan worked great in my fryer but started peeling a few weeks after purchase. I only used a teflon spatula when removing the food and cleaning the silicone sponge that came with the grill pan. I contacted customer service and was very happy with the response. Customer Service Representative Monica answered my question about my grill pan perfectly and a replacement is on the way. I hope I have better luck with that.
