Works fine except for one problem.

Ever since I've been using this KVM, random keys on my keyboard get stuck when typing. Otherwise it works fine. Update: According to IO Gear support, these devices only work properly with a basic keyboard and mouse. That means you can expect problems if you have something fancier than a standard 104-key keyboard and a standard 3-button mouse.
