Overall they work as expected. They "put on" easily, hold up well and come off easily. Pros: They seem to have adequate holding power. They make working with flat objects very comfortable. slight curvature (like a windshield), the mount needs a little attention to get it "right". Once the first suction cup is in place, you must be careful to lay the second suction cup flat on the surface before sucking it up. The Bad: - As someone else commented, the "safe load capacity" listed in the supplied instructions is only 40% of that listed in the description.
