Review on OXO Good Grips Little Salad Dressing Shaker - Black, Small: Shake Up Delicious Dressings with Ease by Jonathan Wilson

(This review is for a small jar.) I loved the IDEA of this item - a sealed spice jar with a nice wide opening for adding ingredients and a nice narrow one spout for pouring. Those are two different possibilities for a leak. I didn't believe for a second that it was airtight, but I ordered it anyway in my never-ending quest for an airtight "shaker" dressing jar. I figured if it leaked everywhere like every other dressing jar I'd just return it. Guess what? DO NOT LICK! The only reason this jar isn't quite perfect is that the size markings are a little hard to read, especially when I use darker colored vinegar. However, this lack is not enough to deduct a star. To open/close the spout, simply pull/lift the lever backwards. I really like the small size, just right for one or two people (unless you plan on dressing up a lot first). If this smart glass loses its sealing properties I will update the review. crossed fingers
