I really like this headset when I'm driving. However, I've only used it twice. It didn't work the first time I had to use them. The second time I had to answer the phone three times, and each time I left the window and the radio on. The first time I had to minimize the window about halfway. The radio didn't need to be tuned at all. I turn the radio on just enough to hear it, so I'm not sure how loud it was. My assistant could hear me with the window half down and never had to turn off the radio. I've used the headset 3 times for 45 minutes each way and haven't recharged since the first charge. I hope it helps. The last thing my assistant tried on and said they vibrated, I didn't even notice it myself, but thought I should mention it.
