I just received my meter and after checking the cables and accessories I was very impressed. I've used a Simpson multimeter in the marine industry for 20 years and generally don't prefer digital measurements, but in applications like vehicle wiring it's just more convenient to have a digital one. Can't speak for durability or consistent accuracy, but the attention to detail indicates the quality of the product. For the dorks who complain about missing instructions. Answer: Maybe you shouldn't work with electricity if you don't already know how to work with a meter. B: There is a brochure with recommendations for downloading the e-book. This is an impressive 51 page detailed instruction manual and the basic concepts of electricity with diagrams of various circuits for online testing. If they hold up, the wires alone are worth the price paid.
