I've been buying this toothpaste for several years and I really like it. This is perfect for my needs. I'm in my 30s, I drink a lot of tea and coffee, but in general my teeth are healthy. I rarely get cavities, but I can have gum and tooth sensitivity. Since using this toothpaste, I have had no tooth decay or discomfort. I combine it with Thera Breath mouthwash and Dr. Tung's floss. I feel like my teeth game is up. From time to time I get compliments on how white my teeth are. This is one of the three points that I consider essential in dental care. Although I didn't get this for whitening, I wanted to repair some enamel damage and prevent future tooth decay. I have a feeling he kept his promise.
