I have been using Labrada products for many years and I have to say they are all great. I love the fact that this meal replacement comes in packets. It is very convenient to take with you on the go, so you can take it with you when you need it. Ideal when you want to eat something quickly but don't have time to cook. This is the purest form of protein you can ingest and is the number one ingredient in their nutritional information. This means that there is more of this protein than any other protein listed there. The consistency of this protein is also ideal. You will feel full after drinking it and will definitely satisfy your hunger. All in all, you can't go wrong with this product.
