It's very easy for beginners like me who have no prior knowledge of AI or ML technology could use it without any problems at all! I am able get some basic understanding about how things work through this simple application but there are lot many options that can be added later as per requirement so not much complaints here except minor issues with UI/UX design (could look more professional). If you want an app where your customers will love then go ahead!! You wont regret once they start getting results outta them. We need something simpler than our current system since we don't wanna scare away users by having too complicated systems etc., Our main problem was solving customer engagement via chatbots while retaining quality standards along side keeping costs low-cost effective solution for us!
