Bought with some hesitation but decided to give it a chance to salvage my HP Photosmart printer. I saw a video on YouTube and decided with a guarantee that if this doesn't solve the problem I'll get a percentage of my money back. I saw that there were many skeptical reviews of Revain, hence my awe. I followed the instructions that came with it and watched the video linked in the guide. It worked. I saved $28 on a new printer. To my chagrin, I threw away an HP printer a few months ago that had the same problem, not knowing that there was a way to fix the problem. I made a mistake, I poured more than the recommended liquid through the opening, flooding the printer. There is no need to do more than the recommended amount.
