If you need a powerful stream, large turning radius and the ability to quickly fill everything with water, then this is for you. I've tried other ball joint spray heads and only found one that had a large swivel range and decent spray power, but like the others it was limited to 1-1/2 GPM so it took forever to refill. This baby is 1/4 the price and has a wide open, unvented flow when the lever is flipped. The downside is that the quality of the rubber could be better. After a while they just get tired and need to be replaced because the rubber in the turning area cracks and leaks, or the rim comes off and the stainless steel screen falls out. Another problem is that white rubber is dirty and needs frequent cleaning. If they were made from silicone rubber they would probably last forever and could be made in colors other than white. Hence the reason for my 4 star rating. The trick is to buy several at once and keep a backup in your desk drawer as they are so cheap but are an additional item and you have to buy it with something else to only get one.
