After reading some customer reviews about missing crystals, I actually received my crystal fan with 61 crystals and two spares, all crystals were in good condition. Fan, light and remote control (at the moment) work perfectly. I can turn on the light with the wall switch, but I have to turn on the fan with the remote control. The fan has three modes: low, medium and high. The light has three modes: low, medium and high. The light is at least still quite bright (I have a small living room and the ceiling is not too high). CONS: The packaging is very heavy, the frame of the chandelier was slightly dented, I just left it as is. One of the oval sides was dented (unrepairable, left as it is). One of the screws (of three) holding the bezel is missing. The instructions were very easy, I had to watch a video on YouTube. The screws provided for fixing were small, it is better to use longer screws. We recommend that you first check the cable mount to ensure it is strong enough to hold the chandelier, mounting directly to drywall will not hold it.
