Customer service does not track.

The reflective tape did not stick. I called Camco and spoke to customer service. I was told to email a picture and description of the problem to rickg@camco.net. Rick never replied so I sent another message to rickg@ 3 weeks later with no response. My time is important too, Rigg. A bit disappointing because we have a lot of Camco accessories and I love supporting the North Carolina based company.
