I got this hoping it would be good for practice. my expectations were not met. I love boxing, I'm not a professional, but I'm not an amateur either. This product is very crappy and of poor quality. Even if I had feline reflexes, I couldn't use it for boxing. Education and training as indicated in the advertising of the product. However, not everything is so bad. The kids and I had a lot of fun making a game out of it. And it would be very interesting for parties and as a crazy game. I would laugh to see my friends get hit in the face with a ball, ROFL. It's ironic. The ball is soft and doesn't hurt! I don't think some of them would buy it. I do not recommend. I'm sorry but I hope I could help
