Harder Than It Looks

It's a little more complicated than we first thought. But after a decent amount of practice, you'll get pretty good at it. Then you need to work on hitting faster, harder, and on the move. Although it's a light cardio workout, you probably won't shed those extra pounds. There is some movement and I think it's probably best for me after my workout as a cool down. It looks like it's pretty well done. With care, it should last a while.

Little set up but good product

I like this product. Headbands are suitable for both adults and teenagers' heads, if necessary. The only thing I don't like is having to tie the ball to a metal loop. It's really trial and error to figure out what works for what you need, but the instructions don't hurt. Maybe a guide on how long the rope should be and exercises for beginners to try. You have to tie it very tightly or it will move. Which is good but then if my son wanted to try it. I had to untie my large knot and retie it for…

That would make a great crazy game

I got this hoping it would be good for practice. my expectations were not met. I love boxing, I'm not a professional, but I'm not an amateur either. This product is very crappy and of poor quality. Even if I had feline reflexes, I couldn't use it for boxing. Education and training as indicated in the advertising of the product. However, not everything is so bad. The kids and I had a lot of fun making a game out of it. And it would be very interesting for parties and as a crazy game. I would…

Great for hand-eye coordination and more.

I have been using REFLEX balls for over a year now. I have one for me and each of my children. This item is definitely suitable for beginners as it has softer reflex balls and will not hurt you if you miss. And someday you will miss it. It develops hand-eye coordination. It's also up to you to block and dodge. You can turn around and keep hitting the ball. It will also teach you the reflexes to avoid an incoming punch and keep throwing punches. Although I believe that in training you will hit…

Excellent work and with improved coordination.

The 8 year old mini jock I'm watching is busy! He has a punching bag stand, but that definitely ups the ante. He's not getting into the rhythm yet, but he's had a lot of fun chasing the challenge and improving his coordination while putting in a lot of energy. I'm sure someone who is an active boxer will find this product very useful and great. The length is adjustable, as is the headband. The balls are lightweight and won't hurt if you accidentally hit yourself or someone else in the face…

Improves Skills and Makes a Fun Workout

Review by"Portzon Boxing Reflex Ball, Level 2 Boxing ball with headband, softer than a tennis ball, suitable for training reaction, agility, punching speed, fighting skills and hand-eye coordination." This is a unique workout. A set of boxing balls is used to develop hand-eye coordination. I started with a black reflex ball which is softer and moves a bit slower than red and is intended for beginners. This may not seem important until you miss a link shot and the ball bounces in your face. You…

Not as pretty as other sets I've seen.

There are so many of these boxing reflex kits on sale at Revain that you really need to separate them. Unfortunately, this set seems to be very lazy. I think it's because we have other sets and can compare. The headband on this one is ugly as it uses velcro. The other set we received is one size, no velcro. These elastics are easy to stretch, so we like uniforms without Velcro more. Both have D loops. There are also 2 levels in this set. I weighed the black ball so that it weighs 0.6 ounces and
