The 8-year-old mini athlete I'm watching is busy! He has a punching bag stand, but that definitely ups the ante. He's not getting into the rhythm yet, but he's had a lot of fun chasing the challenge and improving his coordination while putting in a lot of energy. I'm sure someone who is an active boxer will find this product very useful and great. The length is adjustable, as is the headband. The balls are lightweight and won't hurt if you accidentally hit yourself or someone else in the face. I've read that the red ball is more difficult, but we haven't even tried it yet, so it will definitely grow with your coordination and speed. I would recommend this for all ages and all athletic levels. Anyway, it's interesting to see a person use it!
