I like this product. Headbands are suitable for both adults and teenagers' heads, if necessary. The only thing I don't like is having to tie the ball to a metal loop. It's really trial and error to figure out what works for what you need, but the instructions don't hurt. Maybe a guide on how long the rope should be and exercises for beginners to try. You have to tie it very tightly or it will move. Which is good but then if my son wanted to try it. I had to untie my large knot and retie it for his size. I bet there is a better way to solve this problem.
