In no way should this be compared to a real spectrum analyzer. I have an Anritsu Spectrum Master that costs over 15,000 and can give very accurate readings with very high resolution. This gauge is not at all accurate compared to the Anritsu, but it can tell the user about the basics e.g. B. how much radiation is generated by your cell phone, microwave and WiFi hotspot/router at home. However, most of this information will simply terrify the user. The reality is that most of the radiation we receive on a regular basis actually comes from the sun. It's only when you're suffering from a headache and feeling unwell for unknown reasons that you should at least suspect that you've been exposed to excessive radiation. In the vast majority of cases, only people who work in the field of cellular communications can be exposed to excessive radiation. BEST USE OF THIS GAUGE: To check how bad your microwave is leaking. With the meter on, place a glass of water in the microwave and watch the water level until it drops to a "safe" level. This is approximately 10 to 15 feet from the microwave depending on the type and age of your microwave. The same goes for mobile: test while streaming, while on a call, etc. You may want to limit your cell phone usage after testing, but this varies greatly from phone to phone and how good your cell signal is. Anyway, that's my two cents.
