I've been working with Derek at dKC for almost 4 years now; our relationship has grown over time as we have worked together to build an effective client/agency partnership! His dedication & commitment are second-to none - he's always looking out not only in terms of his own career growth but also what would be best suited or most beneficial towards my business goals too!! It was definitely worth taking some risks when hiring him because it really paid off bigtime.

We don't ALWAYS see eye--eye (even though thats how its SUPPOSED TO BE), so sometimes there MAY come days where tensions run high between us both during one day here OR another..but you know whats gonna happen next? A great conversation about any given situation will help clear things up once again! Its easy going around me :) He knows exactly who needs which type support / mentorship from.
