I like that it's very easy to use, has great customer support (which is always helpful), and can be used in many different industries with little customization required beyond adding your own data sets if needed. It also helps me understand my customers better by looking at their behavior across all of our channels - which makes sense since we're an ecommerce platform! So far so good but there are some features they should add or improve upon before releasing more products into production as well as additional integrations/features available from other providers such as Google Analytics etc., would love to see them integrate these types of tools together too!
