Broken Accessory Blue Scarf

This set of three scarves has nice bold colors, unfortunately the dark blue scarf has several hooks in different places (looks like dry rot). A replacement order was sent but the navy blue scarf had the same issue again. Both pink and red scarves are suitable. Very disappointing as the set is beautiful and would make a wonderful gift.
