I bought this laptop for work, I usually use the Lenovo brand, but I chose this Asus laptop because I like the features and the design favor. When I receive the laptop it looks great, looks good, the screen is fine and works fast. But the first disappointment was that there is no option to upgrade the RAM, so I feel this laptop is for home/primary use. The second disappointment was that the letters on the keyboard were difficult to see, the bottom color and shape color of the letters are too similar, making them difficult to see, and the keyboard backlight is too poor. And the worst thing is the keyboard. Distribution, I don't know why Asus is trying to change the number pad distribution and trying to make the keyboard a little smaller, that's why it's so hard to get used to this keyboard. If you type a lot and need to use the numeric keypad, this laptop is a nightmare
