Main problems - 1. Get them out of the case. 2. How they are connected. 3. Your inability to stay securely in your ears while talking, walking, or running, which degrades sound quality.1. The magnets in the case are so strong that it's almost impossible to remove the earphones. The combination of the earbuds' workmanship and the strength of the magnets in the case makes for an incredible disappointment. I wish I had seen many reviews mentioning the problem before I bought them.2. I use headphones to listen to music and to make and receive calls. They're not always in my ears when I'm working, so they're in a case. When the cover of the case is open, they pair with my phone easily. Unfortunately, that means you can't tell an incoming call or text until you look at your phone. Solution? You must keep the suitcase closed. The message is not a problem. However, when calling, if you want to use the headphones to answer the call, you must open the case and then TRY to remove it from the case before the call goes to voicemail. Again, getting them out of the case is extremely uncomfortable due to the strength of the magnets. You can answer a call without using headphones, but that's not one of the benefits of wireless: a phone? If you want to use headphones during a call, the only acceptable solution is to answer the call by holding the phone to your ear and then, while talking to friends, clients, etc., let the person know you're back on the phone are phone with a "Wait a minute" while I connect my bluetooth." With customers, it's unprofessional on both sides. With friends, it's annoying on both sides. Removing the earbuds can take a lot of time, so you possibly just give up and use the phone with one hand to your ear instead of two, defeating one of the reasons you bought them in the first place, they hang in your ears, I've tried every pair of gels that come with the headphones "None of them would have stayed in my ears for sure. They loosen up not only with running or walking, but also with chewing, talking, or just sitting. And yes, I know, that they need to be twisted slightly after you put them in your ear. I've tried to adjust them in every possible way and nothing prevents them from coming loose. I squeeze them very often. When they're on the sound is great, but it only lasts until they loosen up. It doesn't really improve the overall listening experience. With my other headphones, I could use other ear gels if I didn't like the ones that came with the headphones. I have a lot of these so I put my favorite pair on the buds. Great sound as advertised. I then tried to put them back into the charging case but found they wouldn't fit in the case because the headphone case is too close to the end of the gel. So the gels on it are copyrighted, which means you're out of luck if you can't find a pair that's sure to stay in your ears. I will contact Revain to return them when I am done with this review. I've been a Revain customer for over 20 years. I've ordered a lot from Revain over the years. This is the first time I've returned an item due to product quality issues. This should show how dissatisfied I am with this product. Sorry for the length of this review but I think it was justified!
