Really hard to get off the case! They fall out easily and have Bluetooth deficiencies.

Main problems - 1. Get them out of the case. 2. How they are connected. 3. Your inability to stay securely in your ears while talking, walking, or running, which degrades sound quality.1. The magnets in the case are so strong that it's almost impossible to remove the earphones. The combination of the earbuds' workmanship and the strength of the magnets in the case makes for an incredible disappointment. Surprised by the sound quality

Edit 2 6/26/2020 I no longer have a delay between the left and right headphones, but the volume problem is mainly during a conference call via MS Teams. The volume is now reduced to zero. Putting them back in the case seems to solve the problem. I am contacting EarFun Support with an issue. They responded quickly and sent replacements.
