My husband bought these Deer Stags Greenspoint shoes back in March 2021. He wore them to work, but in mid-July the left boot began to unravel at one of the seams. I contacted Deer Stags to let them know that a shoe was falling apart after only 4 months of normal use. Their customer service rep was very nice and helpful and after I sent them photos of the problematic shoes they offered to replace the shoes. The one we originally bought sold out, but I worked with the company to find another men's 14 inch shoe that my husband liked. There will always be occasional problems with anything you can buy, but how a company handles a problem is important. Thank you deer deer.
